Electromechnical Drilling Rigs

Electromechnical Drilling Rigs is powered by diesel engines coincident with hydraulic torque converter which drives drilling winch, mud pump, automatic air compressor and energy saving generator by integral chain box drive.Power between power package, transmission unit and work unites is conveyed by cardan shaft. Drawworks equips with the auxiliary drive device to lift up and down the derrick, to automatic driller and boot up in emergency. K type derrick with assembling placed on the ground and raising/ laying down as a whole can equip with top drive; Box on box type substructure(swing-up type for ZJ50 and ZJ70 rigs) ensures conveniently disassemble and assemble, good stability and high safety. Rotary table is driven by Drawworks power through special rotary table drive unites or independently driven by AC VF motors.

Trailer-mounted Drilling Rigs

Highland Oilfield Equipment and Service Inc has researched and developed brand-new trailer-mounted drilling rigs based on general mature drilling rigs. In consideration of different cluster well building environment effect on metal structural parts, rubber parts, electric elements, signal elements, fluid media, manufacturing processes and operating environments, we have taken some feasible measures according to Russian oilfield condition to make the rigs be suitable for different cluster well building environment. To optimize the rig design, a lot of new measures, new materials and processes are adopted. The dual mode, including track slip and track roll, will enable drilling rigs to meet different customer demand in cluster well building.

Low-temperature Drilling Rigs

Highland Oilfield Equipment and Service Inc has researched and developed brand-new Low-temperature Drilling Rigs based on the basis of general drilling rigs. In consideration of cold weather’s effect on metal structural parts, rubber parts, electric elements, signal elements, fluid media, manufacturing processes and operating environments, we have taken some feasible measures according to Russian oilfield condition to make the rigs suitable for -45℃ environment. To optimize drilling rigs design, a lot of new measures, new materials and new processes are adopted. The dual mode, including heating system and good low temperature property of materials, will ensure rigs' safety and operation convenience.

Truck-mounted Drilling Rigs

Highland Oilfield Equipment and Service Inc has researched and developed truck-mounted drilling rigs with independent property rights and drilling depth 3,000m. Power system is equipped with 2 CAT C15 diesel engine and ALLSON S5600 transmission based on mature twin engines paralleling technology which realizes either an engine alone work or twin engine paralleling work. The truck chassis is adopted the special reinforced WS5530 (14×8) chassis, and rear axle is available for twin tyres type, which ensures the drilling rigs' reasonable load distribution, lateral stability and cross-country capability.
